Most modern Windows tablets are powered by Intel's Bay Trail or Cherry Trail Atom chips — the the low powered mobile brother of Intel Core i7. The bay trail (tablet) should be decent.. There are a few hoops mainly as MY tablet is set up with a 32bit UEFI boot loader but its doable.
